Building a New House?
If you are, or soon will be, building a new home, bring us
your floor plan or blueprints and we will provide the
solutions to prepare your house for future technologies. We
are experienced in the construction industry and are more
than able to coordinate with electricians, builders, and
interior designers on any project, large or small. Advanced
Installations will always ensure sound quality will be

Advanced Installations adheres to the following guidelines for installation of Low Voltage/Structured Wiring
Scope of Work
Provide materials and install as per FHA, VA, and or city jurisdiction requirements depending on location of home. All
specifications to include (unless required otherwise by the builder):
A. Arrange a meeting with the superintendent and or homeowners if wiring locations are not easily labeled on the electrical
plan.
B. Use consistent locations for trim-out to help locate wires after sheetrock.
C. Two phone and two cable TV lines to the outside are recommended, but only one of each is specified. A 14” metal box
in master bedroom closet for all cable/phone connections. All phone wiring will be CAT-5, all cable TV wiring will be RG-6, with
phone and cable lines originating to master closet box. Advanced Installations will be responsible to repair any wires damaged
during construction.
D. All stereo wiring will include boxes and wires for volume controls. Volume controls themselves are extra. Cable TV wall
plates will have wires connected to fittings on plates, unless local cable company specifies otherwise. Dish / satellite systems
should have phone outlets with cable outlets and dish location will be on roof or fascia.

*The above prices are only estimates and may be changed by Advanced Installations if special circumstances occur. The owner will be notified beforehand of any such
changes. Special circumstances include more than average amounts of speaker wire or special tools needed to complete job.
