Installations as described and priced include rooms that are less than 20' x 20' and have access above or below the
room. In-wall installations cannot be performed in rooms that are made with brick, concrete, block, or other materials not
easily penetrable using a standard drill bit. Some situations might include additional charges (i.e. fire-block in the walls).
